Brown, 21, reached career-highs in goals (4), assists (17), points (21), penalty minutes (92) and plus-minus (+49) in his final season with the Oshawa Generals of the Ontario Hockey League. He has recorded six goals, 53 points and 303 penalty minutes in 230 career OHL games.

The London, Ontario, native was selected by Florida in the sixth round, 152nd overall, in the 2013 NHL draft.
