Report: Atlanta Falcons still considering OT Jake Long

While the Atlanta Falcons are dealing with uncertainty along the offensive line, it seems that they are leaving the door open to a few different options. One of those options, according to Vaughn McClure of ESPN, is free-agent tackle Jake Long.

When head coach Dan Quinn was asked whether or not the team was still considering signing Long, he had a pretty positive response.

"Yes, somebody we still have talked about, for sure," Quinn told ESPN. "And a guy we have lots of regard for. Not a topic that we've discussed with him in that length. ... I'll wait to see where we're at in regard to the injuries before we move forward in that way in terms of future players."

Quinn is making sure to not give too much away right now it seems, but the Falcons could definitely use the depth with the addition of Long. We'll likely find out within the next few days here, whether or not the Falcons will make the move to add him.
