Donovan Smith describes Jameis Winston as a 'great motivator'

When Donovan Smith recently sat down to talk with JoeBucsFan.com, he spoke about a wide range of things. One of those things? None other than the newest quarterback of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Jameis Winston.

When talking about Winston, Smith had quite a few things to say, but one thing that really stood out was his description of the rookie quarterback.

Smith called Winston a "Great motivator," something that, in all honesty, really shouldn't surprise us all that much. Winston was known as a leader during his time at Florida State, so there's no reason to think that won't carry over to the NFL.

The rookie lineman seems to be big on the new quarterback, which is good because there's a strong chance that they'll both be playing early on in 2015.
