Philadelphia Eagles star Darren Sproles left Sunday's game against the Redskins in the fourth quarter after a scary and dangerous hit on a punt return.
Washington's Deshazor Everett leveled Sproles before he caught the ball, and he had to be helped from the locker room.
Everett received a 15-yard penalty for "Interference with Opportunity to Catch," but remained in the game.
#Eagles injury update: TE Brent Celek (stinger) is questionable to return. RB Darren Sproles is being evaluated for a head injury.
