Le'Veon Bell reveals contract demands through new rap song
When healthy, Le'Veon Bell is one of the best running backs in the NFL -- it's a hypothesis difficult to argue against -- and he knows it.
Since being drafted by the Pittsburgh Steelers in 2013, Bell has averaged 4.3 yards per carry and has recorded 2,777 total rushing yards. If that's not enough evidence for you, he's scored 22 touchdowns in 35 games played.
As he approaches the final year of his rookie contract, one which he's scheduled to make only ~$1,311,100 (45th most-lucrative salary among current NFL running backs), Le'Veon is making his new contract desires well-known for when this 2016-2017 NFL campaign concludes.
He not only took to Twitter to express his thoughts, but, also in the form of a rap song he just debuted titled 'Focus' -- saying "I'm at the top and if not I'm the closest, I'ma need 15 a year and they know this."
Whether Le'Veon gets his 15 million per season or not, you've got to give him points for creativity.
