Police are investigating a gruesome fight outside Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif., that took place after the San Francisco 49ers beat the Minnesota Vikings 20-3 on Monday night.

A YouTube video shows multiple 49ers fans punching and kicking a Vikings fan on the ground. It picks up with the unidentified fan already on the ground as he is swarmed.

The 49ers issued a statement Tuesday that said: "We are aware of the disturbing incident following last night's game and are working in collaboration with the Santa Clara Police Department to investigate. The 49ers and our public safety partners have a steadfast commitment to ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors to Levi's Stadium and unacceptable behavior such as this will not be tolerated."

No additional information was available, though the man who originally posted the video offered his side of the story on Facebook, claiming that the 49ers fans attacked after the Vikings fan egged them on by asking, "Any of you f------ want some?"
