NFL announces a few schedule changes for Week 17

Published Dec. 25, 2016 4:18 p.m. ET

Week 17 of the NFL season is always set up to be completely fluid. The schedule is created with the primetime slot open, allowing for the league to put the very best game as the true season finale.

On Sunday, the NFL announced changes to the Week 17 slate.

Packers-Lions will be the Sunday night game with the NFC North title on the line. It’ll be a winner-take-all game between the two. It will kick off at 8:30 p.m. ET on NBC.

There are also three other changes set forth by the NFL. Patriots-Dolphins will be flexed to 4:25 p.m. unless the Steelers and Chiefs win today. Saints-Falcons will move to 4:25 no matter what, as will Giants-Redskins.

Here’s what the schedule now looks like, pending the results of Sunday’s games.

It should make for a fun day of football with plenty of playoff berths still up for grabs.
