Richard Sherman talks about Marshawn Lynch's future with Seattle Seahawks

Richard Sherman addressed the media after Seattle's 31-24 loss to Carolina on Sunday and was asked if he felt it was Marshawn Lynch's last game as a member of the Seahawks.

Sherman said: "That is up to him. If I could read Beast Mode's mind, I think people would pay me a lot of money to tell them what I've got."

Lynch played on Sunday for the first time since Nov. 15 and rushed six times for 20 yards in the loss. Lynch has sparred with the Seahawks front office about a new contract, and has an $11.5 million cap number next year and a $12.5 million cap hit in 2017. The Seahawks can save $6.5 million in cap space next season if they released Lynch in the offseason, and $10 million in 2017, according to overthecap.com.

Sherman was also asked how he would remember Lynch's time with the Seahawks, if he were to leave.

"I'll remember him being a beast," Sherman said. "Beast Mode. It's trademarked now. He's a beast, he's a workhorse. He's a guy who's going to go out there, if he's strapping up his pants he's going to give you everything he's got 100 percent. He's going to play hard, he's going to fight until the last whistle. That's what you can appreciate.

"He's an outstanding teammate, outstanding guy on and off the field. You're going to remember him as a phenomenal person who will give you the shirt off his back."

FOX Sports NFL insider Jay Glazer also said he believes Lynch has played his final game in Seattle.
