The San Diego Chargers, Oakland Raiders and St. Louis Rams will have to wait until the 2016 season if they want to move to Los Angeles. NFL commissioner Roger Goodell told those teams that there will not be a team that moves to Los Angeles for the 2015 season, FOX Sports 1 NFL Insider Mike Garafolo confirms.

ESPN first reported the news.

The Chargers, Raiders and Rams can file a relocation application for the 2015 season starting Jan. 1. Goodell also told those teams that teams looking to move to LA should focus on 2016, according to the report.
