No. 7 Minnesota men's hockey tops No. 11 Penn State 6-3

MINNEAPOLIS – Brannon McManus tallied his first career hat trick – and his first three goals at Minnesota – as the No. 7 Gopher men's hockey team topped No. 11 Penn State 6-3 on Sunday afternoon at Mariucci Arena.



Eleven Gophers tallied points in the game while Eric Schierhorn picked up the win in his 78th-straight start for Minnesota, setting a new program record.
