Fans to design next year's third kits for Real Madrid, Man United, Bayern and more
Imagine watching a Champions League match next season, and seeing your favorite stars wearing your shirt.
That’s a real opportunity for real fans because adidas is leaving it up to the fans to create the third kits worn by six of the world’s biggest clubs for the 2017/18 season. Using the new digital platform “Creator Studio,” fans will be able to design their dream jerseys for Manchester United, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, Juventus, AC Milan and Flamengo.
The community of designers – you and your friends – then vote on the top 100 kits to make the final round. A panel of players for each team will then make the final decision which jersey they’ll wear next season.
There can't be anyone who is against this idea, right? Hopefully this initiative will become a more regular and widespread thing, so that maybe something like this will never ever happen again:
