Quilmes is one of the oldest clubs in Argentina and have one of the most passionate fan bases in the country. That includes small children who climb barbed wire fences to get a better look at the game.
That is definitely a small child. That is definitely a fence. That is definitely barbed wire. That is definitely a small child on a fence with barbed wire. And moreover, no one appears to be especially concerned.
Unfortunately, Quilmes are pretty awful, so this small child is just climbing to get a better look at terrible soccer.
