Former Georgia quarterback Hutson Mason has taken a position as quarterbacks coach for Colquitt County High in Moultrie, GA.

According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Mason turned down offers to be a graduate assistant at the college level.

Mason is also training in hopes that an NFL team might call for his services, according to Saturday Down South. The 23-year-old threw for 2,168 yards and 21 touchdowns as a senior in 2014, which was his only year as starter after sitting behind All-SEC quarterback and eventual Kansas City Chiefs draft pick Aaron Murray.
