CLEVELAND (AP) — Ebby Asamoah scored 22 points as East Tennessee State beat Alabama A&M 82-71 on Friday night.
Quimari Peterson scored 21 points, shooting 7 for 12 (4 for 6 from 3-point range) and 3 of 4 from the free-throw line for the Buccaneers (3-3). Jaden Seymour finished with 13 points.
Dailin Smith led the way for the Bulldogs (0-4) with 20 points and six rebounds. Alabama A&M also got 15 points from Omari Peek-Green.
