Dia scores 32, Belmont defeats Drake 87-65

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — Malik Dia scored 32 points to lead Belmont over Drake 87-65 on Sunday.
Dia also had seven rebounds for the Bruins (10-5, 3-1 Missouri Valley Conference). Keishawn Davidson scored 14 points while going 5 of 9 from the floor, including 1 for 3 from 3-point range, and 3 for 5 from the line. Isaiah Walker had 13 points and shot 5 for 5, including 3 for 3 from beyond the arc.
The Bulldogs (12-3, 3-1) were led in scoring by Atin Wright, who finished with 14 points and three steals. Drake also got 13 points and six assists from Tucker DeVries. In addition, Darnell Brodie finished with eight points and nine rebounds.
