BOSTON (AP) — Claudell Harris Jr. hit a career-high seven 3-pointers and scored a season-best 29 points to lead Boston College over Lehigh 85-69 on Thursday for the Eagles' fourth straight win.

Harris, a Charleston Southern transfer, started his first eight games with the Eagles (9-3) before missing one game and coming off the bench for the next two after an ankle injury. He returned to the starting lineup against the Mountain Hawks (2-8) and shot 10 of 15, including 7 of 10 from the arc while going over 1,000 career points.

Jaeden Zackery and Quinten Post added 13 points each and Devin McGlockton grabbed 10 rebounds to go with eight points for BC, which shot 51% and made 12 of 26 from the arc.

Keith Higgins Jr. was the only Lehigh player to reach double figures with 14 points. The Mountain Hawks made only 5 of 24 3-point tries.

McGlockton opened the second half with a 3-pointer for an 18-point lead but the Mountain Hawks scored the next seven in a 9-1 run. However, the 10-point margin would be the closest they would get. Harris' seventh 3-pointer made it a 23-point lead with under five minutes left.

After Lehigh scored the first basket, Harris scored 13 of 15 unanswered points including four consecutive 3-pointers. The Eagles led 44-29 at halftime.

Boston College is home against Wake Forest in an ACC game on Jan. 2.

Lehigh, still looking for its first win over a Division I opponent this season, is at Marist on Dec. 30.
