CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — Kevion Nolan scored 18 points as Jacksonville held off a last-minute rally from Austin Peay to earn a 60-56 win on Thursday night.
Nolan shot 5 for 10 (4 for 7 from 3-point range) and 4 of 4 from the free throw line for the Dolphins (13-13, 6-9 Atlantic Sun Conference). Jarius Cook scored 11 points, going 4 of 9 (3 for 6 from distance). Jordan Davis went 3 of 5 from the field to finish with seven points.
Guy Fauntleroy finished with 22 points for the Governors (8-20, 2-13). Carlos Paez added 13 points for Austin Peay. In addition, Shon Robinson had eight points and three steals. The loss was the Governors' 11th straight.
