Tulane hosts Wichita State following Council's 31-point game

BOTTOM LINE: Wichita State visits the Tulane Green Wave after Ricky Council IV scored 31 points in Wichita State's 84-79 victory against the UCF Knights.

The Green Wave have gone 5-3 in home games. Tulane is 3-1 in games decided by at least 10 points.
