Wright scores 22 as Loyola Marymount takes down Pacific 81-64
LOS ANGELES (AP) — Justin Wright helped lead Loyola Marymount over Pacific on Saturday night with 22 points off of the bench in an 81-64 victory.
Wright added nine rebounds for the Lions (8-9, 1-2 West Coast Conference). Dominick Harris scored 21 points while going 6 of 15 from the floor, including 3 for 8 from 3-point range, and 6 for 7 from the line. Keli Leaupepe was 3 of 7 shooting, including 1 for 3 from 3-point range, and went 4 for 4 from the line to finish with 11 points, while adding seven rebounds.
The Tigers (6-13, 0-4) were led in scoring by Cam Denson, who finished with 15 points. Donovan Williams added 11 points for Pacific. In addition, Judson Martindale finished with nine points.
Loyola Marymount took the lead with 8:42 left in the first half and never looked back.
