Lakers play the Spurs on 4-game win streak

BOTTOM LINE: Los Angeles comes into a matchup against San Antonio as winners of four consecutive games.

Los Angeles went 52-19 overall and 25-10 at home a season ago. The Lakers averaged 113.4 points per game while shooting 48% from the field and 34.9% from behind the arc last season.

San Antonio finished 32-39 overall and 20-23 in Western Conference action during the 2019-20 season. The Spurs averaged 7.3 steals, 5.5 blocks and 12.6 turnovers per game last season.

The two teams matchup for the third time this season. The Lakers defeated the Spurs 109-103 in their last meeting on Jan. 1. Anthony Davis led Los Angeles with 34 points, and Keldon Johnson paced San Antonio with 26 points.
