Johnny Gargano and Grayson Waller to battle in a bitter grudge match
A match over 14 months in the making finally takes place as Johnny Gargano looks for payback against the man who attacked him with a steel chair, the brash Grayson Waller. The arrogant Aussie has been at odds with NXT management since losing his NXT Championship match against Bron Breakker at Vengeance Day and when Shawn Michaels refused to accept Waller’s challenge of a match, The Heartbreak Kid enlisted his old pupil to take the match instead. Gargano and Waller have competing mindsets when it comes to the true ideals of NXT, and each Superstar aims to prove that their way is best for the brand.
