“The EST of WWE” Bianca Belair proved once again why she is the gold standard in WWE, as she knocked off a very game IYO SKY to retain her Raw Women’s Title and become the longest-reigning women’s champion of the modern era.  Early on, the crowd was firmly behind SKY as the two Superstars showcased their incredible athleticism. Belair was forced to weather the storm from SKY, using her game-changing power to turn the tide in her favor.  SKY came into the matchup with a clear gameplan to incapacitate the champion’s upper body, and it worked as Belair’s left arm was clearly not 100 percent.  SKY nearly took home the Raw Women’s Championship on several occasions, none closer than when she countered a powerbomb into a facebuster. A moonsault by SKY to the outside gave the challenger even more momentum, but her attempt at another high-flying move went awry as Belair nailed her with a top-rope powerbomb.  Suddenly, Bayley and Dakota Kai came to ringside and attempted to help their Damage CTRL teammate, but their presence was a hindrance. When Bayley tried to hold Belair to the mat by her hair, she was admonished by the referee while SKY was setting up for her moonsault. As a result, Belair had enough time to counter the moonsault and hit the K.O.D. to retain the title.
