Imperium def. LA Knight & MSK
Imperium stole a win on their way to NXT Stand & Deliver this Saturday, pulling a quick one on LA Knight & MSK after a hard-fought slugfest.
Knight and his two partners jumped Imperium before the match, brawling into the ring where the dominant faction began to turn the tide thanks to a vicious chop and a big boot from Gunther.
Gunther caught and upended Nash Carter on the ring apron, drawing the ire of Knight, who traded blows with his Stand & Deliver opponent all the way backstage. The Tag Team Champions took advantage of the confusion at ringside as, unbeknownst to MSK, Fabian Aichner tagged in and leveled Carter with a monstrous clothesline to secure the win.
Ivy Nile def. Tiffany Stratton via Submission
With a little distraction from Sarray, Ivy Nile scored a big win over Tiffany Stratton.
"The Pitbull" seemingly met her equal in "The Buff Barbie Doll," but she countered Stratton's athleticism with sheer power, knocking Stratton off her feet with a picture-perfect dropkick.
After Stratton battled back with a huge clothesline, smoke began to rise from the ringside, and out stepped a fully transformed Sarray. Stratton berated The Warrior of the Sun and set up Nile for a powerbomb, but Nile countered and locked in her modified Dragon Sleeper to force Stratton to tap out.
Josh Briggs & Brooks Jensen def. Legado del Fantasma
The hard-hitting duo of Josh Briggs & Brooks Jensen pummeled Joaquin Wilde and Raul Mendoza, but they couldn't slow their highflying offense for long. After Legado del Fantasma dropped Jensen with a double suplex, he managed to tag in Briggs, who quickly cleared house until a distraction from Elektra Lopez left him open for a dropkick from Wilde.
Wilde climbed to the top rope, but he took too long to jump off as he watched Fallon Henley return the favor by attacking Lopez at ringside. As Wilde came crashing down with a 450 splash, Briggs caught him by the throat and delivered a chokeslam before he and Jensen upended Wilde with a combined clothesline and chop block to pick up the win.
Raquel Gonzalez returned to save Dakota Kai from Toxic Attraction
As Toxic Attraction promised to walk out of NXT Stand & Deliver holding all the gold, they remarked on Dakota Kai & Wendy Choo losing the Dusty Cup, stating they had already beaten an apology out of Choo for her failure.
Incensed at the attack on her partner, Kai stormed the ring, but she quickly fell victim to Toxic Attraction's numbers until her former friend turned rival Raquel Gonzalez stunned everyone by returning from injury to help Kai clear the ring.
Von Wagner def. Bodhi Hayward
Bodhi Hayward made Chase U proud, showing no fear as he hounded the intimidating Von Wagner with a series of right hands before driving him into the steel steps. Wagner recovered from the early barrage and turned the tables with a massive boot and a double-underhanded suplex. Hayward fought back with a chop block, but as he went for a powerbomb, Wagner countered and dropped Hayward with a swinging slam to cover the young upstart for the 1-2-3.
Wagner continued his rampage by ambushing Kushida and Ikemen Jiro's Japanese Commentary Table, laying out Kushida and tossing Jiro into the ring for another swinging slam before adding insult to injury by tearing his jacket in half.
Joe Gacy def. Draco Anthony
Draco Anthony fired back at Joe Gacy for his constant pursuits, delivering a hard “no” in the form of a kick to the chin when Gacy went in for a hug. Gacy continued to wear down Anthony's resolve with words and a belly-to-belly suplex, but Anthony wasn't having any of it. Instead, he fired up with a suplex of his own until a quick slipup allowed Gacy to capitalize with his somersault clothesline to earn the win.
Nikkita Lyons def. Sloane Jacobs
Nikkita Lyons once again roared on NXT 2.0 with another dominant showing against challenger Sloane Jacobs. Lyons made quick work of Jacobs with her precision strikes, launching the newcomer across the ring with a suplex before connecting with a spinning roundhouse kick and covering Jacobs with her unique split-legged splash for the win.
After the match, Lash Legend had a special message for Lyons, stating she had unfinished business with the fan favorite.
Cameron Grimes def. A-Kid and Roderick Strong
Cameron Grimes took a big step toward accomplishing his 2022 goal of achieving gold, emerging victorious in a wild Triple Threat main event against A-Kid and Roderick Strong.
The crowd rained down "this is awesome" chants as Grimes delivered a hurricanrana to A-Kid and Strong simultaneously. "The Richest Man in NXT" was in the midst of cashing in when A-Kid flew in out of nowhere for a DDT until Strong took control with a flurry of knees and backbreakers.
The Diamond Mine leader cleared house, taking out A-Kid with a pair of knees to the back, but before he could capitalize with a cover, Grimes ran in to flatten Strong with a Cave-In for the pinfall.
As Grimes celebrated his victory, Carmelo Hayes quickly congratulated him on earning the final spot before the three other Ladder Match competitors hit the scene and got into a wild brawl that continued as the show went off the air.
