Dragunov, Coffey and Brown collide for the right to challenge WALTER on NXT UK

A loaded edition of NXT UK is set to be highlighted by a Triple Threat Match between Ilja Dragunov, Joe Coffey and Rampage Brown that could determine the next challenger to NXT UK Champion WALTER.

All three competitors have previously gone to war with The Ring General, but WALTER outlasted each man to continue his incredible title reign, which now spans more than 800 days.

The Mad Russian arguably got as close as anyone to dethroning WALTER, but Dragunov paid a big price for having the temerity to step into the ring with the colossal titleholder. Though Dragunov has always been a competitor with an edge, he seemingly lost all ability to control his emotions in the weeks that followed the jaw-dropping title fight, often snapping on his opponents and even NXT UK officials.

The Iron King has remained in the NXT UK Championship picture for some time, though he has yet to win the brand’s top prize and was narrowly outlasted by WALTER when the two collided for the title.

Most recently, Brown earned a championship bout against WALTER by way of outlasting Coffey himself in a slugfest, but he too came up just short against The Austrian Anomaly.

What will happen when three of the toughest and most ruthless competitors clash in a match that seems certain to carry enormous championship implications?

Additionally, Mark Coffey is set for a battle against Sha Samuels after the two crossed paths in the backstage area last week and exchanged some heated words.

Plus, Oliver Carter and Teoman will take their highly personal rivalry to the squared circle, while Laura Di Matteo is primed to take on Stevie Turner.

Don’t miss a thrilling episode of NXT UK, streaming Thursday at 3 ET/8 GMT on Peacock in the United States and WWE Network everywhere else!
