Kevin Owens hit a Stunner on Chad Gable on "The KO Show"
A pre-match confrontation kicked off Raw when Kevin Owens & Seth Rollins welcomed Raw Tag Team Champions The Alpha Academy onto “The KO Show” ahead of next week’s Raw Tag Team Title Triple Threat Match.
Even before their guests arrived, Rollins and a Texas-hating Owens started by obsessing about their quest to find a place on the WrestleMania card and how they planned to realize that dream by capturing the gold in the free-for-all in one week.
The intensity picked up when titleholders Chad Gable & Otis emerged. When Chad made the mistake of "shooshing" KO and Rollins, however, Owens responded with a Stunner of The Academy Leader.
Seth Rollins & Kevin Owens def. The Alpha Academy
In the final moments of an extremely heated tag team showdown, Seth "Freakin" Rollins neutralized Otis outside the ring. This paved the way for Kevin Owens to hit the second Stunner of the night on Chad Gable, launching him into Rollins' earth-shattering Stomp for the Championship Contender’s Match win.
Omos def. T-BAR
After attacking the biggest opponent of his career before the bell, the vicious Omos laid waste to T-BAR before driving his prey down to the canvas for the merciful three-count.
Bianca Belair, Rhea Ripley & Liv Morgan def. Raw Women's Champion Becky Lynch, Doudrop & Nikki A.S.H.
Throughout an explosive Six-Woman Tag Team Match, Raw Women’s Champion Becky Lynch used the hair of her WrestleMania challenger Bianca Belair against her.
The EST of WWE turned the tables and struck Big Time Becks numerous times with that same braid with the force of a Kendo stick. Lynch was sent screaming from the ring, and as she took her leave, Belair hit the K.O.D. on Nikki A.S.H and picked up the important win on behalf of herself, Rhea Ripley and Liv Morgan.
Tommaso Ciampa def. Robert Roode
Although Tommaso Ciampa achieved some payback on The Dirty Dawgs for their recent shenanigans on NXT by rolling up Robert Roode for a one-on-one victory, Dolph Ziggler took advantage of Roode's post-match attack to hit a victorious competitor with a superkick.
The Showoff then made it clear that Ciampa and NXT Champion Bron Breakker don’t stand a chance against the two-time WWE Tag Team Champions when they battle them on NXT Tuesday night!
Reggie & Dana Brooke def. Tamina & Akira Tozawa in a Mixed Tag Team Match
After regaining the 24/7 Championship last week, Dana Brooke reestablished trust with her friend Reggie in a Mixed Tag Team Match. After Reggie overcame Akira Tozawa with the quick pinfall, Brooke hit Reggie with a surprise celebratory kiss. In response, Tamina followed suite with Tozawa outside the ring.
The Hurt Business def. Rey Mysterio & Dominik Mysterio
Just weeks before Rey & Dominik Mysterio will take on The Miz & Logan Paul on The Grandest Stage of Them All, The A-Lister confronted the first-ever father/son Tag Team Champions, which fueled their coming encounter at The Showcase of The Immortals.
In The Mysterios’ subsequent matchup against The Hurt Business, The A-Lister emerged out of nowhere to grab Dominik's leg. When Rey took off after the retreating Miz, this left the younger Mysterio to get rolled up by Benjamin for the pin.
The Street Profits def. RK-Bro
In a high-stakes tag team matchup, Montez Ford dodged out of the way of Randy Orton's RKO and blasted The Viper with his gravity-defying splash off the top rope. When Ford went for the pin, Orton attempted to put his foot on the rope. Before he could, however, Angelo Dawkins pushed Orton's foot away and allowed his partner to pick up the three count on WWE's Apex Predator!
RK-Bro's loss couldn't have come at a worse time heading into the Triple Threat Raw Tag Team Title Match on next week's Raw.
Damian Priest snapped after Finn Bálor captured the United States Title
In a stunning hard-fought match, Finn Bálor won the United States Championship after hitting Damian Priest with the Coup de Grace.
In the aftermath, however, The Archer of Infamy blamed his loss on the WWE Universe never supporting him and completely supporting The Prince. He then unleashed a vicious post-match attack on Bálor that sent the new titleholder crashing onto the announce table.
Edge unleashed a vicious attack after AJ Styles accepted his WrestleMania challenge
Just when it looked as if no one would answer WWE Hall of Famer Edge after he made an open challenge for a WrestleMania showdown, a determined AJ Styles emerged, stood face-to-face with The The Rated-R Superstar and accepted. Although it was a dream match that the WWE Hall of Famer acknowledged that both he and Styles had always wanted, Edge also said he wanted to face the real AJ Styles, not the version that had been belittled alongside Omos for the past year.
Out of nowhere, Edge then attacked Styles and lit the fuse on a furious exchange. After hitting a low blow, though, Edge truly snapped and executed more than one Con-Chair-To on Styles.
