RK-Bro def. Raw Tag Team Champions Alpha Academy in Quiz Bowl

The final stage of the Academic Challenge to determine whether RK-Bro could earn another Raw Tag Team Championship opportunity unfolded in the form of a Quiz Bowl against Alpha Academy. Both teams impressively went back and forth, correctly answering trivia questions related to everything from Greek mythology and geography to cartoons and pop culture.

In the end, a Shakespeare question tripped up Chad Gable and allowed RK-Bro to begin to overcome their two-point deficit. When the final question forced RK-Bro to choose how many grams are in an ounce, Randy Orton confidently sealed the deal with a correct answer, securing a future Raw Tag Team Title opportunity for RK-Bro.

Raw Tag Team Champions Alpha Academy def. The Street Profits

Fuming from their Quiz Bowl loss to RK-Bro, Otis & Chad Gable were then provoked for a match by Angelo Dawkins & Montez Ford. Before the bell could even ring, Otis took down Ford outside the ring to gain the early advantage. A competitive bout ensued, but the damage done earlier by the champs led them to prevail as Dawkins aimed to counter Gable’s Ankle Lock into a pinfall, but Gable stopped him in his tracks and scored his own pinfall for the Academy.

AJ Styles def. United States Champion Damian Priest

A phenomenal opportunity came to AJ Styles in the form of a Championship Contender’s Match against United States Champion Damian Priest. The champion was looking to bounce back after failing to earn a spot in the WWE Championship Elimination Chamber Match, while Styles hoped to pick up a huge win leading into that very match. The Phenomenal One connected with his patented Phenomenal Forearm to pick up a huge victory over the United States Champion.

Dominik Mysterio def. The Miz

“Miz TV” saw The Miz & Maryse host Rey & Dominik Mysterio, and coming off Miz’s victory over Dominik last week, volatility soon ensued. After The A-Lister voiced his frustration about The Master of the 619 being on the cover of WWE 2K22, Dominik demanded that Miz show some respect for his father, leading to another matchup between the two.

After Maryse got ejected from ringside during the bout, Rey took the opportunity to earn some payback and tripped Miz out of the referee’s field of vision, leading Dominik to pin the former WWE Champion with a rollup.

Bianca Belair def. Nikki A.S.H.

Bianca Belair and Nikki A.S.H. did battle as each seeked a huge victory heading toward their Elimination Chamber Match to determine the Raw Women’s Championship challenger at WrestleMania 38. The Almost Superhero hit The EST of WWE with everything she had, but a banged up Belair picked up steam and hit A.S.H. with her own set of super initials, the K.O.D. for the win.

Kevin Owens def. Austin Theory

Kevin Owens set out to prove himself as deserving of a spot inside the Elimination Chamber for the WWE Championship in this one-on-one contest against Austin Theory. Mr. McMahon’s young protégé defeated Owens last week to earn his way into the match, but this occasion was different, as KO finally connected with a Stunner on Theory to bounce his way back into the win column.

Lita disarmed Raw Women’s Champion Becky Lynch with a Twist of Fate and Moonsault

WWE Hall of Famer Lita emerged excited to have another opportunity at championship glory, explaining that she is back to face the very best this generation has to offer. Raw Women’s Champion Becky Lynch then made her presence felt, and a fiery exchange of words ensued between the WWE Elimination Chamber-bound opponents.

As Lynch looked to leave the ring, she tried to put a hurting on Lita, but the WWE Hall of Famer turned it around and delivered a Twist of Fate to Big Time Becks before climbing to the top rope and putting an exclamation mark on the scuffle with an awe-inspiring Moonsault.

Doudrop def. Liv Morgan

The powerful Doudrop squared off with the feisty Liv Morgan in another match between future opponents inside the Elimination Chamber. Morgan pulled out every form of offense she could, but Doudrop eventually hit a massive splash in the corner to pick up the momentum-building victory.

Riddle vs. Seth “Freakin” Rollins ended in a no-contest

Coming off a sweet victory in the Quiz Bowl against Alpha Academy earlier in the night, Riddle set out to earn a win between the ropes against Seth “Freakin” Rollins in their first-time-ever collision. Riddle and Rollins went back and forth with everything they had until Kevin Owens hit the scene and attacked Riddle, resulting in no-decision for the match. Owens’ involvement prompted Randy Orton to make his way to the ring and put the KO in RKO before a tag team match would ensue.

Seth “Freakin” Rollins & Kevin Owens def. RK-Bro

The impromptu tag team battle pitting Seth “Freakin” Rollins & Kevin Owens against RK-Bro proved to be a thrilling Raw main event. Despite earning themselves another Raw Tag Team Championship opportunity earlier, Randy Orton & Riddle could not carry the momentum to another victory here, as Rollins delivered a wicked Stomp to Riddle and scored the win.

Following the bout, The Viper decided he wasn’t done dishing out RKOs for the evening, and he proceeded to connect with another one on Kevin Owens as a victorious Rollins looked on and seemed to admire what just unfolded.
