Could miss entire season Wisconsin coach Greg Gard believes Neath (knee) won't be available this season due to complications with his injury, Benjamin Worgull of Rivals reports. Impact Neath had become a rotation player in his first year with Wisconsin in 2021-22, and many expected a leap for the 6-4 wing heading into his senior season. While he played in three games as a reserve and posted the same minutes average, Neath hasn't seen game action since Nov. 15 and now may not again all season. Neath did undergo knee surgery back in April to correct a reoccurring issue, and while the program has simply referred to the injury as "lower body" this season, Gard's comments seem to imply that the surgery didn't go exactly as anticipated. It's unclear what the future holds for Neath, who could likely successfully lobby for a medical redshirt and extra season of eligibility.
