Declares for NBA Draft Sears has declared for the NBA Draft while maintaining his collegiate eligibility, Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports reports Wednesday.

Impact Sears is coming off a career year with Alabama. He started all 37 games for the Tide, averaging 21.5 points, 4.2 rebounds, 4.0 assists and 1.6 steals. With a 50.8 shooting percentage from the field, coupled with 43.6 percent from downtown, Sears' efficiency while still piling on the scoring is one of his best traits. The point guard will maintain his collegiate eligibility should he return to the college ranks, where he'll have one season remaining.
