Impact Tate had scored a combined 13 points in his previous three games and had been averaging 8.5 ppg in Big East play heading into Saturday. The freshman guard ended up with his first career double-double, and the 6-0 guard is now averaging an impressive 3.7 rpg on the year. He's a player to keep on the radar, and could be in for a massive value boost next season if Butler ends up moving on from seniors Aaron Thompson and Jair Bolden.

Impact Tate did not have a good performance in the loss Tuesday. The guard had come off the bench in the last two matches and was blindly rewarded with starting minutes after two poor performances. He continued that trend and went 15 percent from the floor, but did add enough grabs. Tate surely needs to find his shooting form before he is warranted.
