ImpactCarr has returned to form recently following his worst performance of the season against Purdue on Jan. 30. He led the team in scoring Monday and was an offensive force with eight assists despite playing a season-low 19 minutes due to foul trouble. Since the start of the calendar year, Carr is now averaging 16.1 points, 4.4 rebounds and 4.4 assists over 34.3 minutes per game.

ImpactJohnson has now scored at least 10 points in each of the past three contests, and he recorded his first double-double of the season Monday while leading the Gophers with 10 rebounds. The transfer from Western Michigan was somewhat inefficient from the floor, but his production from the free throw line allowed him to finish second on the team in scoring during the win. Across the past four contests, Johnson is averaging 10.3 minutes and 7.5 rebounds over 33.8 minutes per game. That's all the more impressive considering he has been playing through a finger injury, according to Marcus Fuller of the Minneapolis Star Tribune. While Johnson was spotted with his hand wrapped after the contest, it doesn't seem like his availability will be affected much, barring any further developments.

ImpactThe Cornhuskers failed to generate much offensive production Monday, and Walker shot just 20 percent from the floor during the loss. The junior was in the starting lineup once again but saw limited playing time since he got into some foul trouble against the Gophers. Over his first three games of the season, Walker is averaging 6.0 points and 3.7 rebounds over 21.0 minutes per contest.
