Trey Townsend - Massive in upset win Townsend recorded 17 points (6-15 FG, 1-3 3PT, 4-9 FT), 12 rebounds and four assists in Thursday's upset win over No. 3 Kentucky.
Impact While teammate Jack Gohlke became a household name Thursday, Townsend made a massive mark on the game in the upset victory. While he did not shoot the ball efficiently, he was an important presence inside with 12 rebounds. It marked his fourth double double in his last eight games. He will look to keep the Cinderella story alive Saturday versus the winner of No. 6 Texas Tech and No. 11 NC State.
