Justin Ahrens - Battling minor injury Coach Chris Holtman indicated Thursday that Ahrens "is a little banged up" but that he shouldn't be sidelined long, Patrick Murphy of 247Sports reports.
Impact At this point, there doesn't seem to be anything to worry about regarding Ahrens' status leading up to the season, but it will be worth monitoring his progress over the next couple of weeks. Ohio State officially opens action with an exhibition match versus Indianapolis on Nov. 1, with the regular season opening Nov. 9 versus Akron.
