The Lumberjacks are next scheduled for a series of home matchups against Hardin Simmons (Dec. 2), Alcorn State (Dec. 5) and Letourneau (Dec. 9), per the team website. Johnson will enter this season as the second-leading returning scorer (11.8 ppg) on the defending Southland Conference champions. He and center Gavin Kensmil (11.8 ppg, 6.8 rpg) will look to replace the loss of senior and leading scorer Kevon Harris (17.5 ppg) once the team resumes play.
