Mike James - Best performance of seasonJames racked up 19 points (7-12 FG, 4-6 3Pt, 1-2 FT), four rebounds, two assists, one block and one steal across 33 minutes during Tuesday's 70-69 loss to Syracuse.
ImpactJames posted a season-high mark in scoring, but this was only the third time he scored in double digits, so it's hard to see him posting these efforts on a regular basis. He's been a regular starter in the backcourt alongside El Ellis, though, and he's averaging 8.3 points with 3.0 rebounds and 1.1 assists per game since the start of December.

ImpactEllis has reached the 20-point mark in three of his last four games, and he also ended just one assist away from recording what would've been his second double-double of the campaign. He's averaging 19.0 points, 5.0 assists and 2.2 steals per game over his last five games, and his role as one of Louisville's main offensive weapons is getting more and more noticeable with each passing game.

ImpactGirard his second-best scoring performance of the season, and he has now scored at least 20 points in back-to-back games following a two-game stretch in mid-November. Girard has also scored in double digits in eight games in a row.
