Impact McDougle spent his first two years in college operating at a reserve wide receiver at Maryland before he decided to relocate to Tulane for the 2022-23 campaign. As a member of the Green Wave this past season, the Florida native tallied 23 receptions for 236 yards and one touchdown, while he also rushed seven times for 43 yards and another score across 10 games played. McDougle unexpectedly left the program after the team's Week 11 loss to Central Florida, but it's now clear that he wasn't satisfied with his complementary pass-catching role.
