Alton McCaskill - Suffers torn ACL, surgery imminent Results from Saturday's MRI revealed that McCaskill (knee) suffered a torn ACL on Friday, Mark Berman of Fox 26 Houston reports. Impact McCaskill was said to have had a serious leg injury late Friday, but MRI results now confirm that he tore the ACL in his left knee. The first-string running back will undergo surgery next week, and it's unlikely he'll be available when the Cougars' regular season kicks off in the fall. In his absence, Ta'Zhawn Henry and Mulbah Car should see increased work with Houston's starting offense this spring and into fall camp.
