Enters transfer portal Starks has announced that he will enter the transfer portal, 247Sports.com reports.
Heads to Houston Houston announced Tuesday that Starks joined the program as a transfer from Louisville, Joseph Duarte of the Houston Chronicle reports.
Impact Starks didn't record any statistics during his lone season at Louisville. He played cornerback for the Cardinals, but Houston's official roster lists Starks as a running back heading into 2021. He'll compete for a depth role in the Houston backfield and will have four years of eligibility to use with the Cougars.
