Leads ND in Rushing Against FSU Williams led Notre Dame in rushing with 18 carries for 42 yards in the Irish's 41-38 victory at Florida State in overtime on Sunday night. Impact Williams actually had a better night in the air with six catches for 83 yards and a six-yard touchdown reception. The sophomore-eligible back is considered Notre Dame's number one rusher after running for 1,125 last season to go along with a 13 rushing touchdowns. He showed flashes against FSU on the ground, but could not bust a big run. Williams should have a big day on the ground at home against Toledo on Saturday, Sept. 11 in South Bend.
