Impact Allen sustained an unspecified injury at some point during the first half of Friday's contest versus Maryland, and it's since been revealed that he'll be unable to return for the rest of the afternoon. The freshman now concludes the day having recorded three carries for five yards and three receptions for 21 more yards. Fellow running back Jordan Houston is currently in line to handle the bulk of the Wolfpack's backfield snaps.

Impact With MJ Morris out (lower body), Finley was called upon to take over the starting spot for the Wolfpack and he delivered by leading NC State to a huge double-overtime victory against UNC. Even though he played well in relief, he's unfortunately back on the sidelines again with Morris taking back his starting spot.

Impact Morris hasn't suited up for a game since Nov.12 as he's been dealing with a lingering lower body injury. Over the last week, he's been progressing nicely, and he'll finally have the chance to showcase his ability for NC State's most important game of the year. Over five games with the Wolfpack, the freshman has been outstanding, throwing for 648 yards, seven touchdowns and only one interception.
