PROMOTION AND ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

The promotional offer is valid between 07/01/2024 at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (ET) and 12/31/2024 at 11:59 PM. Eastern Time (ET) (the "Promotional Period"). Must be physically located in a jurisdiction in which DraftKings Daily Fantasy Sports product operates (Most US states; select jurisdictions in Canada, and the UK; each an "Eligible Jurisdiction," together the "Eligible Jurisdictions"). Must be 18+ years of age or older (19+ in NE, AL) (21+ in AZ, IA, LA (select parishes), and MA). Paid contests not available while physically located in HI, ID, LA (select parishes), MT, NV, OR, or WA. Void where prohibited. Eligibility restrictions apply. Available to first-time DraftKings Daily Fantasy ("DFS") customers only. Must register using a promo code and/or clicking the appropriate link/button. To be eligible for the promotion, new DFS customers must: (1) have never had a DraftKings DFS account, (2) must be physically located in an Eligible Jurisdiction and obtained the minimum age requirements, (3) sign up for a new DraftKings DFS account, (4) must register using the promo code or clicking the appropriate link/button, and (5) deposit a minimum of $5 into your new DraftKings DFS account (the "Qualifying Deposit").

Qualified customers who complete the promotion requirements will receive one (1) $3 ticket (the "Ticket") valid for one (1) for entry into a DraftKings Daily Fantasy contest. Ticket expires exactly one (1) year after being awarded. Ticket rewards have no cash value, are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-withdrawable Ticket rewards are equivalent to site credits and are only valid for use on DraftKings Daily Fantasy contests.
