World Series Game 4 highlights: Yankees' bats come alive in 11-4 win over Dodgers
The Los Angeles Dodgers had a chance to clinch their eighth championship in franchise history with a victory against the New York Yankees in Game 4 of the World Series on Tuesday night.
But the Yankees' bats finally woke up to force a Game 5.
Anthony Volpe delivered the biggest hit for the Yankees this entire series: a grand slam that erased the lead the Dodgers got when Freddie Freeman notched a home run in a record-setting sixth straight World Series game.
Volpe's smash also set the tone for the Yankees, who got home runs from Austin Wells and Gleyber Torres. They piled it on with a five-run eighth inning to earn an 11-4 win and avoid a sweep.
