NFL Super Wild Card Weekend highlights: Buccaneers thrash Eagles, Bills handle Steelers
The first round of the NFL playoffs came to a close Monday as Baker Mayfield and the Buccaneers made a statement against a struggling Eagles squad, as Mayfield exposed Philadelphia's defense to the tune of 22-of-36 passing for 322 yards and three touchdowns in a 32-9 win. The Bucs will head to Detroit to face the Lions on Sunday.
Earlier, the Bills jumped out to a 21-0 lead over the Steelers in snowy Buffalo and never looked back, as Josh Allen accounted for all four of his team's touchdowns — three passing and a 52-yard run — to lead the Bills to a 31-17 win.
Allen is the first quarterback in NFL history to rush for at least 70 yards, throw for three touchdowns and rush for another in a single playoff game. The Bills will host the Chiefs on Sunday.
