NFL Week 18 highlights: Lions take down Vikings to secure NFC's No. 1 seed

The 2024 NFL regular season has concluded.

Sunday's slate featured 14 games, with several matchups determining playoff seeding and the final two berths that were left open ahead of Week 18.

The Lions picked up arguably the biggest win of Week 18. They took down the Vikings in the battle for the NFC North title, which doubled as the battle for the No. 1 seed in the NFC. Detroit will get a week off before its first playoff game as a result. The Vikings, meanwhile, will take on the Rams in the opening round. 

Kicking things off on FOX, the Commanders beat the Cowboys, the Colts defeated the Jaguars in overtime and the Bears topped the Packers. Meanwhile, the Buccaneers squeaked past the Saints to win the NFC South with Tom Brady on the call. Find coverage from that game here.

After that, the Broncos clinched their first playoff berth since their Super Bowl-winning season in 2015. They dominated the Chiefs, who were resting their starters. Aaron Rodgers, in perhaps his final game, finished with four touchdown passes in the Jets' victory over the Dolphins.
