NFL Week 4 highlights: Ravens thump Bills, Chiefs get comeback win

Week 4 of the NFL season has been full of excitement. 

The day's action concluded when the Ravens ran over the Bills on Sunday Night Football for a 35-10 win. 

In the late afternoon, the 49ers got back on the winning side with a rout over the Patriots. The Chiefs improved to 4-0 with a comeback victory against the Chargers.
