Rejoins big club for twin bill The Royals recalled Olivares from Triple-A Omaha ahead of Monday's doubleheader with Cleveland.

Impact Kansas City has designated Olivares as its 29th man for the doubleheader, so he could be sent back to Omaha once the twin bill concludes. Before his most recent demotion to Triple-A on Friday, Olivares went 8-for-41 (.195 average) with a home run, seven runs and six RBI in 18 games during a three-week stint with the big club.
