Impact Oviedo has as much prospect pedigree as anyone selected in this year's Rule 5 draft. He used to be a very promising pitcher in the lower levels of Cleveland's farm system, but injuries and command issues have resulted in him falling off most prospect lists. He was recently touching the mid-90s with his fastball during winter ball and should work out of the bullpen in 2021.
