Sal Frelick - Diagnosed with bone bruiseFrelick was diagnosed with a bone bruise in his left hip Saturday, Adam McCalvy of MLB.com reports.
ImpactThe Brewers believe Frelick was able to avoid suffering any structural damage as a result of his collision with the wall in right field Friday, so the 24-year-old will avoid the injured list for now and remain eligible to play in the NL Wild Card Series. Isaac Collins will start in left field Saturday, though Blake Perkins figures to take on the majority of Frelick's reps while he's sidleined.
