Impact The Penske Racing youngster started on the outside pole and raced among the leaders all afternoon at the Indianapolis road circuit. Cindric didn't lead any laps but he'd keep close touch with the front for the full 86 laps. The race would end in overtime with Cindric actually crossing the finish line third, but he'd be promoted to second-place by NASCAR after Ross Chastain violated track limits. It was his fourth Top 5 of the season.
