Buescher would get good track position late and battle among the leaders. The big one would happen late and extend the race into overtime. Buescher would battle for the win and would make it through the last lap crash coming to the finish. The runner-up performance was his first Top 5 of the season.

Impact Nearly a quarter of the field is heading to the rear for unapproved adjustments as Buescher is one of nine drivers to be penalized. He qualified for the 28th position and was already in an undesirable starting spot, so him starting in the rear shouldn't make a major difference on where he would've ended up.
