Impact Larson was part of a strong night at the race track for Hendrick Motorsports. He'd start fifth on the grid and race among the Top 10 most of the night at Bristol Motor Speedway. Larson would manage to sneak in 34 laps led, but that would be the limit of his time at the front. The closing laps would see Larson hold off Ross Chastain to capture his 11th Top-5 finish of the season.
